My Collection – ZX N GO

Well this isn’t true retro but more of a future proof the original z80 chip that was used in the zx spectrum

So info on this N-Go is a clone of ZX SPECTRUM NEXT board (Issue 2B) with approval of ZX NEXT team members.

So this little beauty was gifted from a friend who bought if from Richard, who runs ActiveNext and was just the PCB and keyboard. The case I wanted to print myself. Fantastic guy which we had a few conversations with gifted a RPI with machine as well and had it out within the day. Defiantly be going back and speaking with Richard in the future.

The joystick I built from arcade components and a sega megadrive DB9 cable and wired it to Atari standards.

For the case I have reprinted as thus was a mock up and that will be shown on the last photo.

A bit of blerd from Richards site regarding the board.
